By accessing or using our website, courses, services, or materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By enrolling in a course, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Winzarah’s English Academy.
Our courses are available to learners aged 4 and above. For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and provide consent on behalf of the student. By enrolling, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
By enrolling in a monthly subscription, you agree to the following:
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.
- Recurring Payments: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.
- Billing Updates: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

All Payments Are Final: Subscription fees are non-refundable, as access to course content is granted immediately upon enrollment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments made to Winzarah’s English Academy are final and non-refundable. This includes one-time course payments, subscription fees, and digital product purchases. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refunds once course access has been granted.
Our programs may include live and/or recorded Zoom sessions to enhance the learning experience. By participating in these sessions, you grant Winzarah’s English Academy the right to:

Record and store Zoom sessions, including video, audio, chat, and screen sharing content;

Use portions of these recordings for educational, testimonial, and promotional purposes, including posting on social media platforms, websites, or marketing materials;

Reproduce, distribute, and publicly display recorded content as needed.
While we may blur or block student faces at our discretion, by participating, you automatically consent to the use of your likeness, voice, and statements without further notice or compensation.
- If you do not wish to be featured, it is your responsibility to keep your camera and/or microphone turned off during recorded sessions.
All students must behave respectfully and professionally when using our Services, including live sessions and community platforms. You agree to:

Refrain from harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior;

Follow class instructions and respect the instructor and other students;

Not share inappropriate or harmful content.

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program without refund.
- All content made available through our Services—including videos, lessons, quizzes, PDF downloads, games, written materials, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Winzarah’s English Academy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course content for personal educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any course materials without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you:
Violate these Terms;
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior;
Fail to make timely payments.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winzarah’s English Academy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, injuries or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
